Ilya - Chief Chef

My name is Ilya Goldman, I was born in Russia and raised in Israel.

I started my career as a cook at the cooking school in Israel and as a young cook I started to gain my experience in the large and well-known restaurant’s group in Tel Aviv called R2M, where I worked for 10 years.

I set up kitchens, was a chef in several restaurants and also built menus for restaurants.
I specialize in several cuisines, especially the Mexican, Japanese, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. For me, cooking is a passion and a way of life, I always think about food. My secret in the kitchen is to cook from the soul and respect the ingredients.
