Sweet Cakes

Owner and executive chef, Eileen began her love of cooking under the tutelage of her mother.

After taking her first cake decorating course at the age of 14, she was hooked on creating delicious and beautiful foods.She spent many years treating friends and family to new and interesting meals as she explored the world of culinary possibilities. Finally, after attending culinary school in 2009 she stepped out and opened the very successful Sweet Cakes Bakery. 

While the world of sweets was, well, sweet…Eileen sought to expand her offerings with preparing gourmet quality meals for guests at an exclusive Colorado ranch.
